Many will remember the old skittle alley (left) which was demolished in May 2003 to allow the present Manor Suite to be built. The old alley served the club very well for well over 40 years and received a makeover in 2000. The room was renamed The Millennium Room.
During 2002 major defects were found in the roof and outside walls - a decision was made to rebuild a new multi functional facility over twice the size which would serve the needs of the club for many years to come. Well - 5 years have passed and the room is used every day of the year for endless activities. Below are images of the construction process. The project was completed in September in time for the start of the Winter Skittle Fixtures.
